Superyacht Chefs Alliance is an Australian based service providing menu design, communication & provisioning consultation for superyacht charters and chefs in Sydney and the Whitsunday Islands. MENU DESIGN

Comprehensive entire charter menu design based on guest preference sheets and seasonal produce for 24 hour-7 day charters. Menu design includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, casual and formal dining, themed dinners, Beach BBQ, canapés and onboard snacks.

PROVISION CONSULTATION

Contact details for suppliers and specialist purveyors and the ability to source luxury high-end ingredients. Advice and direction on quantities, portioning and storage.
